🔹 Laparoscopic Redo Nissen Fundoplication with Hiatus Hernia Repair A successful redo surgery always brings a special sense of satisfaction. Recently, we managed a challenging case of a 40-year-old male who had previously undergone anti-reflux surgery and presented again with recurrent symptoms due to a hiatal hernia and failed fundoplication. Redo surgeries are technically demanding due to adhesions, altered anatomy, and a higher risk of complications. However, with meticulous dissection and careful reconstruction, we were able to achieve an excellent outcome. I’m happy to share that the patient is doing well post-operatively and has recovered smoothly.
