1. Who we are
JustFinds ("we", "us") operates the local business directory and jobs portal at www.justfinds.in. For any privacy question, contact justfindsall@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email address and profile photo when you sign up or use Google sign-in.
- Content you submit — reviews, ratings, recommendations, enquiries, business listing details, claim requests.
- Job applications — name, email, phone, and the resume file you upload. Resumes are stored in a private bucket accessible only to our admin team.
- Approximate location — only if you grant browser location permission, and only to sort results by distance. It is cached in your browser; we do not store your GPS history on our servers.
- Usage analytics — pages viewed, time on page, referrer, and anonymous contact-button clicks (call, WhatsApp, directions) so business owners can see how their listing performs. These are tied to a random session id, not to your identity.
3. Business listing data
Listings contain business contact information published for commercial purposes and collected from public sources, owner submissions and partner imports. If you are the owner and want your listing corrected or removed, write to us and we will action verified requests within 7 working days.
4. How we use data
- To run search, ranking and nearby sorting.
- To deliver enquiries and job application status emails.
- To detect spam, fake reviews and abusive submissions.
- To measure traffic and improve content quality.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Sharing
When you send an enquiry or apply to a job, the relevant business or employer receives the details you submitted. We also use service providers for hosting, database, email delivery and AI content generation; they process data only on our instructions.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your selected city and saved listings, plus a random analytics session id. We do not run third-party advertising cookies at this time.
7. Retention
Account and content data is kept while your account is active. Job applications and resumes are retained for up to 24 months after the vacancy closes. Analytics records are retained in aggregate.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for location or emails at any time. Email justfindsall@gmail.com from your registered address.
9. Children
JustFinds is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
