1. The service
JustFinds is an information platform. We list local businesses and publish job notifications sourced from official announcements. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a business or employer.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Do not create accounts to impersonate a business you do not own.
3. Reviews and content
- Write only about genuine, first-hand experience.
- No paid, incentivised, defamatory, obscene or discriminatory content.
- No personal data of third parties, and no promotional spam.
- You keep ownership of what you post but grant JustFinds a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, format and distribute it on the platform and in our feeds.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Business listings and claims
Listing is free. Claiming a listing requires verification against the listed contact details. Owners must keep listing information accurate and must not post misleading offers. We may edit or remove listings that are duplicated, closed, fraudulent or non-compliant with law.
5. Jobs portal
Job pages summarise publicly released notifications and always link the official source. Vacancy counts, eligibility and dates can change without notice — always verify on the official website before applying or paying any fee. JustFinds never charges candidates and is not a recruitment agent.
6. Prohibited use
- Scraping, bulk downloading or reselling directory data.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls.
- Uploading malware or using the platform for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The JustFinds name, design, code and compiled directory database belong to us. Third-party trademarks and business names remain the property of their owners.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or availability. To the extent permitted by law, JustFinds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with any listed business or employer. See our disclaimer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
