1. Nature of content on JustFinds
JustFinds is an online directory and search aggregator. The content shown on the platform comes from three sources: publicly available commercial records, information submitted by users, and entries submitted or verified directly by merchants who claim their listing.
As an intermediary we do not pre-screen every submission. We act on notice: if content on the platform infringes your rights, tell us and we will review it.
2. What you can report
- Images, logos or photographs used without your permission.
- Text, descriptions or articles copied from your website or publication.
- Trademark or brand-name misuse in a business listing.
- A listing of your business created without your authorisation.
- Personal information (phone number, address, photo) published without consent.
- Defamatory, obscene or unlawful content in a review or listing.
3. How to submit a removal request
Email justfindsall@gmail.com with the subject line "Takedown Request" and include all of the following:
- Listing / page URL — the exact link of the disputed listing, image or article.
- Identification of the work — proof or a clear description of the copyrighted work, registered trademark, or evidence of business ownership.
- Contact details — your full name, official designation, organisation, phone number and email address.
- Declaration — a statement confirming that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or an authorised agent acting on their behalf.
Incomplete notices cannot be processed. Knowingly filing a false claim may attract liability under applicable law.
4. Response timeline
On receipt of a valid and verified takedown request, our compliance team reviews the notice and removes or modifies the disputed content within 36 to 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the action is completed. Complex cases requiring ownership verification may take slightly longer, and we will keep you updated.
5. Counter-notice
If your listing or content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, reply to our email with proof of your ownership or licence. On successful verification the content is restored.
6. Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing images, copied content or unauthorised listings are suspended and their submissions blocked.
7. Related policies
See our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Disclaimer for the wider rules governing use of the platform.
